Date: 04/28/06 (Microsoft Windows)    Keywords: no keywords

I've been having this problem with my Internet Explorer for a while. I cannot open a new window. Any one that may pop up will take over the only open window there is. I have been trying my hardest to fix it, but have run out of luck. I even just updated to IE 7.

Anyone know how to fix this?
