I'm currently running Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron 2650 laptop (had it for about...two years), and there's been this really annoying problem for the past few months, and I've completely given up as to a solution. The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to open any new windows. For example, if I'm on a website and I click on someone that's supposed to come up on a popup, it won't. But I get the regular, annoying, spam-like popups just fine. At first I thought it was because of Javascript, like my computer was eating it or something...but it doesn't work with people who insert the " target='blank' >" code either. I've looked through all of my Internet Options and computer options, and I can't seem to find my way out. Any solutions?
