Ok, odd question.

For some reason, every time I start up my computer, the IMAPI service turns itself off.

Its currently set to Automatic and the profile is set to load with windows. But, without fail, it keeps turning itself off.

Ive looked around and watched the task manager, but nothing else seems to be using that program at startup. What am I missing?

I did a system restore about a month back and ever since then, Ive had this problem. I have updated the IMAPI servive to v.2.0 but still, no change.

Im running a win XP Pro system, with 1gb of ram and 1.6ghz amd athlon.
