Hey everyone I have an excel question...

Is there anyway to just make a list of numbers go all the way down the column without typing them?
For work I have to just have a column going down the left side from numbers 5170001 to 5179999 (which is obviously a lot of numbers to type) is there any microsoft office program that will just insert them all for me?
