Saved Passwords

I posted this question to '[info]'firefoxusers yesterday, but haven't gotten too many responses, so I decided I'll cross-post here as well.

I have a question. Is there a way to have Firefox (v1.0.2) save a password if you tell it to, but not pop up that box that says "Remember this password? [yes] [never for this site] [no]" every time you type in a password for a new site? It doesn't look like you can manually tell Firefox to remember the password for a specific site without having the "Remember Passwords" box checked in the preferences. And having that box checked means you'll be prompted to save passwords at new sites.

I just want to save my password on one specific site, but not be bothered with the prompts all the time. Is this possible?

    Thanks! :)
