Okay, this may be obvious, but I'm tired and I've searched through the help file as well as my exhaustion will allow.

I was looking around on this site this site, and clicked the ITMS link. Trouble is, when the popup, well popped up, I ticked the "remember this action" checkbox, then accidentally slipped and hit "don't load this external app" (or whatever the hell the actual text is.)

Now I can't figure out how to change that option. I have been all through preferences, but can't figure it out. Anyone have a clue?
