Table/Layout Issue

Date: 04/18/06 (Web Development)    Keywords: web

    Hey all,

I'm making this website and I can't figure out why the hell the gap between the left most column and the middle column is happening. It can be seen more in IE than FF, which is an even bigger concern, and even less illuminating to the reasoning of the behavior. The flower should be one conjoined piece (although cut into two slices to accomodate that table layout). Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!
