Does anyone know the code to put outside links into an iFrame? Here is the page I'm talking about: http://www.geocities.com/celticpixels/frostedsuki.htm and I want the "faq" link to appear in the iFrame.

Also, I have lost the webpage that showed me how to make the iFrame as pictured (including transparent scrollbar and text box), and was wondering if anyone knew of a good website to explain the process as simply as possible?
