Has anyone ever used Cute Chat before? Here's the link if anyone wants to check it out: http://cutesoft.net/asp.net+chat/default.aspx

I'm just looking for any experiences (negative or positive) as I know someone who is looking at purchasing it for use on their website.

One thing I find concerning is when the FAQ talks about it's scalability, it just says it's recommended for medium to high traffic levels but doesn't define what those traffic levels would be. I'm curious as to how many people at a time could be in this chatroom without there being problems.
