Registerfly.com - horrible. Rant...

Any of you have experience dealing with registerfly (ex-domain-registrar, now reseller)?
I had my main domain with them on auto-renew, so these bastards didn't renew it, didn't notify me about my expiring domain, nothing! So I find out about my non-working domain when emails sent to me stop getting through, immediately I write a support ticket (more than 5 hours ago). Still no response!
Aside from that, I went to renew my domain with them through my account.. supposedly the transaction goes through.. I finish it. Go to check the transactions log... NOTHING! Submitted an update to the first support ticket.. still nothing.
Then there's another annoyance: every time I log in they pop up a div telling me about a stupid $1 discount they're giving me for something I don't need. Closing it does nothing special, because next time I log in I get the same thing. So I try to write another support ticket about this telling them how annoying and lame that is.. Guess what, I can't submit more than one support ticket within 24 hours.
They also have no phone support.

Sorry about the long rant.. I'm just really pissed off about my main domain just ... disappearing :(

UPDATE (maybe this will help some of you): I decided to call another registrar and see if they could do a transfer and save my domain. So of course I called GoDaddy. They told me that RegisterFly doesn't exist anymore and that their site doesn't function. Also GoDaddy said that they bought off most of the domains that RF had. They went to check if mine was one of them, but it turned out that mine was under eNom - a company that acted as the actual registrar to RF, who was reseller. GD suggested I call eNom and get my domain unlocked and transfer it to them. So I called eNom. The tech support guy was actually nice and knowledgeable. He stayed on the phone with me while I registered an account with eNom, then he pushed my domain into that account and let me renew it. So at this moment my renewal is pending. After that I'll decide whether or not I want to transfer to GD. But if any of you lost domains to RF (or any other shitty registrar), find out who took over the domains so you can get them back this way.
