Commissioning sites at a reasonable price...

    Hello!

Recently I have been asked to commission a site. This being my first one I consulted a fellow designer, and she told me beginners should go with $200 for main page, plus $50 each additional page. But here's the problem - this client is rather young, so I think $200 is a bit harsh. What should I do? Is there a reasonable number I could drop down to? I really need the money and don't want to turn her off.

Thank you for any opinions and advice.
