hey everyone i'm new here <3

i downloaded a free layout from a website which all the files were enclosed within a zip file. so i extracted the file and i noticed that all the files were PHP files and whenever i wanted to view the page, nothing happened! i've downloaded layouts from websites before through ZIPs but it always said "html document" whereas these files say "PHP File"::

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE PAGE I GOT IT FROM

it says it's a WORDPRESS theme, but i'm not sure what wordpress is..

my question is, do i have to install some sort of program in my computer for it to read PHP web files?

    .x thanks
