i want to deny hotlinking to my images on my domain, yet i want to be able to use the images to put on my livejournal or livejournal communities. i know you can prevent hotlinking by putting a code for stopping hotlinkers into your .htaccess file, but would that also apply to myself? if so, is there an alternative code that you can put your ip address into the code, as an "allow list"?
