I have been asked to create a link on an icon to an already existing page, but when and ONLY when it is clicked from this certain image and it brings up the page, there is also to be a popup window with a form to appear on top of the page that you MUST fill out before it lets you get to the page in the background.

does anybody know of any free scripts that do this similar thing?

if it is done this way is there any way to stop pop-up blockers from seeing this popup?
