I've been searching the archives but I can't find the answer to my question. I'm not sure what I should have on my invoice and what it should look like. Does anyone have a copy that I could view? Thanks :)

ETA: The real issue i'm having is how to break down the invoice. Do I put all the individual things that they're being charged for? Or do I only put the total price?
