I changed the template for a site I did that worked fine, but the new template seems to have serious problems with image loading.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I'm having this problem? Like I said, the old site loaded fine and I just applied the new template to all the old pages. The content is fine but the actual elements of the site are totally booched.
