Anyone tried "On The Job" time billing/tracking software? If not, what do you use?

I was thinking of using On The Job as my time billing/tracking application. It's here: http://www.stuntsoftware.com/OnTheJob/
If you do not use this particular application, what do you use? I'm wondering because I'm still looking for a good one that's vaguely simple to use and tallys well. At one point I was testing iBiz and ProjectTimer but put them to rest for a while. Right now my solution is to manually track my time and invoice clients using the web app SideJobTrack: http://www.sidejobtrack.com. It's free and good.
On The Job seems like a balance between manual and the full blown invoicing/tracking of iBiz. Others have suggested using iRatchet. I'm trying to figure if I need the complexity right now.
I should add that almost all of my projects are billed as flat project fees. SideJobTrack allows a user to bill flat project fees as percentages (ex: 40%/30%/30%). I'm actualy now wondering how a time tracking/billing app would help me...at least it can also tally credits and expenses. But so can SideJobTrack. Maybe the app will let me notice how much time/money I'm burning on a particular section of project before moving to another part. It would put real numbers to your time or dawdling.
Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.
