Calculating fee for a job

Hello everyone. A while back there was a request for information on how much to charge for a job. One of the replies gave a link to a site with tips on how to come up with a good amount to charge hourly, and also had an hourly rate calculator (it was an Excel spreadsheet). If anyone still has this link I'd be appreciative if you could post it (and possible make this entry a favourite to save time for anyone else who would need such a thing!).
