My background is obeying repeat-y and this is what I want. However, I want it to repeat vertically from a starting position only. I have specified it's starting position (which it respects when repeat is set to no-repeat), but it repeats vertically above as as well as below it's starting position when I ask it to repeat-y. Please help :)

PS: This a cross browser problem for me right now.
