Design Update

Hi! Yesterday I posted a newly designed home page for my gateway site:
    www.dreamspell.net

I haven't started the redesign for interior pages yet, and some of them are essentially separate sites, though I'm thinking I'll want to keep some common elements of color and style throughout.

I'm having a little trouble positioning the graphic. It behaves differently in IE and Netscape. Any suggestions on how to keep it stable in IE while the text scrolls? (This works in Netscape.)
