I need some help with JavaScript coding for Director MX 2004.

I need to: Create a behavior that will hold the current frame
& create a behavior that when a button is clicked it will take the user to a specific frame.

I missed the class where we learned coding because I sprained my ankle. A friend was supposed to give me the code for it, but he hasn't yet, and I don't think I can rely on him much.
