My computer has this problem but I don't know what's wrong. Maybe someone can help me...



This blinks on my screen at a rapid pace. It used to only blink when I turn my computer on then last about 5 minutes but now it blinks the whole time the computer is on. I don't know what is causing these lines but it is very hard to do anything with them there all the time. Sometimes I can't even see the top of the screen. Can anyone help?
