Blue Screen Of Death on Windows XP

Date: 01/29/07 (Computer Help)    Keywords: no keywords

So ive gotten the blue screen of death three times in the past few hours. The first two times i was trying to move some MP3 files onto a cd. The third time i decided to make some back up discs of some picture files. Each time the BSOD comes up it says something about a "pyhsical dump of memory" or something along those lines. What is causing that screen to come up?

This is the picture i get when windows is starting up after i restarted because of the BSOD.

The message i got after clicking "Click Here" on the first message.

So what could be the problem with my computer? any help is appreciated!
