Can I install Windows XP Media Center Edition on my comp?

I have windows XP home 2002 edition with 256 mb (on a 2002 Dell Dimension model), and it runs fine, but I was wondering if I could replace it by installing Windows Xp Media Center Edition instead?

would it even run correctly, Or does that require more memory?

Just wondering, if it can't be done then i'll just stick with regular Xp. Thanks ;)
