Muzak

Okay, we've all heard the shitty background music in almost every place we go outside of our home or car. Lets say I wanted to build a shitty system like that for my house. I have winamp, a ton of mp3s, but I'm searching for the right plug-in that would tie it all together. I want randomness. I want a way to make sure every song gets played before something repeats, and I want to be able to "schedule" a song to play more often than others (particularly newer songs).

Anyone know of ANY way to do this with Winamp or any other software product? Or am I just gonna have to build weekly playlists?
