windows media player -- pop-up saying requires license??

I'm trying to play a song I downloaded from the program, Frostwire.
It opens in Windows Media Player but it doesn't play--it says a License is required.
I don't understand how to get this license...
It says a license for this file (my song) 'cannot be found, has expired or was corrupted'.

I'm actually playing the song on a different computer...
I downloaded it from my sister's computer and it worked fine, but when I transferred it to my computer, it didn't work.
I was thinking maybe I should download Frostwire to my own computer and maybe the song will be able to be played that way. I wonder if I could just burn the songs to a cd and have it play...
