Anyone here have or know of a good script that I could use to extract LJ posts from my account into either a text file, or better yet, onto a private WordPress blog site?

The best scenario would be one where I could automatically mirror posts from LJ to the private site.

Perl or PHP preferred . . . but not required. I am pretty flexible.
