Date: 04/30/05 (Computer Help)    Keywords: no keywords

I have a question, and if anyone could help, it would be great. I have no idea if this is fixable or not.
My computer in my basement wont work. I have windows XP and when i restarted it, a msg. popped up saying "Insignificant resourses fail.. (something) then someone about an API.. then when I click ok, my computer just automaticaly restarts again, and the same msg. pops up. If anyone could help, it would be great. thanks.
