Date: 06/10/05 (Computer Help) Keywords: no keywords A Sony P4/XP laptop I use was in a car accident. It still works fine after that, except for one problem: it doesn't recognize any USB devices, such as camera or flash memory drive. When I plug any of these devices a wizard appears, which is trying to find a driver (even though all the drivers are in place), and "is unable to install the hardware".
