CPU Usage

Date: 12/26/05 (Computer Help)    Keywords: spyware

I've been having some problems lately with my CPU usage spiking. It started about a week ago, and I can't think of anything I've done differently that would make it start doing that. I've noticed that when I pause any downloads I have going on BitLord (a bittorrent program) it helps some, but it doesn't completely fix the problem. This sucks because I can't listen to any MP3s or anything properly as they keep skipping when the CPU usage spikes. I think I might've picked up some massive spyware or something, but how do I find and get rid of it? Or could it be another problem?

Here's a screenshot of my Task Manager. Ugh. =(

    Help is very much appreciated.
