Please, help me with this, I want to have more space in my computer and I am deleting things but I want to know specifically about this little issues, so to speak:

1. Does internal CD/DVD writers have temporal files?
2. If they do, where are they? And can I delete them? How

I already deleted cookies and Internet history and temporal files but I want to try and get as much free space as I can.
Please, can anybody help.
