Serial to TCP/IP in Windows

I'm looking for a simple serial to ethernet bridge program that will run under Windows and won't cost me my first born. Specifically, I want to send one of the physical ports on the Windows machine out to ethernet so I can grab data from elsewhere.

Does anyone know of anything around? I tried writing one in C to use under Cygwin but that didn't work quite so well (I'm sure I missed something simple that would have made it work).
