I bought a brand New Dell XPS Desktop just over a year or so ago and I'm not sure if I want to upgrade to Vista or not. Thinking maybe after the first service pack is released.

My System has:

Pentium 4 3.00GHZ( There is two listed in the device Manager ?)
Graphics Card is Nvidia GeForce 6800 (don't play games, I use my 360 for that)
2 x 120 G Hard drives
2GB Ram

It currently runs XP64

Am I good to go if and when I wanted to upgrade to Vista?
