I've asked every computer geek I know, but no one knows of a great free program to convert between video formats (I use a PC).

I have 200GB of split VOB files that I'd like to convert in order to burn them to DVD (or at least video CDs). Even converting them to a format that most media players accept would be lovely!

I do have a number of ISO files, but have not successfully been able to burn them to disk.

Any suggestions, programs and tips would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks!
