Reboot Loop

Alright, I have stopped this before on my own computer but have since forgotten how to do it. My cousin's Sony Vaio will POST and then it will just automatically reboot before going into the BSOD. It wont boot in safe mode either... I know how to turn off this loop through the Windows environment, but even after googling, that seems to be the only options posted. Can anyone tell me how to turn off this automatic reboot through BIOS so i can read the "stop" error message that the BSOD would display?
