When I lasst connected to my ISP, it says I am connecting at 41.2Kbps but yet it seems to be going fairly slow for me. I thought the higher you connect, the faster your experience. I am on dial-up and usually get somewhere between 29-38 Kbps. I have a 56k modem. Am I wrong in my thinking?
