Mouse question

What's your current (or favorite) mouse, and why?

I currently have and love an IBM VersatileScroll:

It's old and clunky, but it has plenty of buttons, and it still works -- though the right button is starting to go. That's the reason for the question, actually: I'm starting to look around at replacements. My main goals are plenty of easily-reached, responsive, hard-to-confuse programmable buttons, and a decently medium to hefty weight, though with a smooth, low-friction glide. Some kind of 2D scroll pad or tilt wheel would be a bonus. At this point, money is no object, but I'd like to not have to sell any major internal organs.
