Help, please?

I'm looking to get a new computer because my laptop can't handle 3D games or other high-end processing well. I know a fair amount about computers, probably more than a lot of people. Thing is, I have next to no experience with hardware, and specifically buying computers and parts. I'm thinking of buying this (highly customized, of course), but I'm concerned this isn't a reputable site, and I can't seem to find any reviews on it. Have any of you used it before? Are they good? (Read: will they rip me off/will it break after a month?) Or, do you know of a reputable site where I can get a good computer cheap?

I'd really appreciate any help, and thank you in advance.
