Anyone use Genuine Fractals 4.1 for upsizing?

Quick question - sharpen and then upsize with GF? Or use GF to upsize first, and then sharpen the enlarged image? I realize that the "accepted standard" is to sharpen last, but GF seems to imply that one should do all enhancement work first, flatten, and then upsize. That doesn't sound right. Anyone with actual experience?
