Computer Security

There have been a random string of computer thefts at my job, and what I'd like to know...

What's the best way of securing the CPU/Monitor to a desk? I'd like to not damage the equipment too much, as it is leased and will have to be returned next year, but we still need to find out the best way of securing these things to the desk.

    Thanks!
