Wan Load Balancing + NameCard scanner

I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on wan load balancing devices.

I'm currently on a contract with ISP A (ADSL) which has bad latency issues with a game hosted on ISP B (cable) , I'm thinking of getting a supplementary cable connection with ISP B.

I would like to use a wan load balancing device :
    Link DI-LB604 Dual-WAN Router with 4-ports Switch
NETGEAR FVS124G Dual WAN VPN Router + Gigabit SW
    LinkSYS RV042 4-port VPN Dual-WAN/DMZ Router
    LinkSYS RV082 8-port VPN Dual-WAN/DMZ Router
    SMCBR24Q Barricadeā„¢ 4-Port QoS Broadband Router

I wonder if anyone has first hand recommendations/review on these.. (as in what is crap and what is not...)

    ------------------------------
I'm also looking for a namecard scanner that can integrate with outlook and multiple users/computers. (Ie: scan to either public folder contacts or something like that.) very good support is a must I think...can't have a product that will die when vista comes out etc..

    recommendations?

    thanks all.
