Windows 2003 terminal services issue

on a brand new (just built it this morning) 2003 terminal server I have ONE app, MAS90. When I launch it I get a "no digital signature" warning and have to hit "run" to actually run the app. In Windows 2000 there was a Group Policy setting that made this go away "Non-driver digital signature" default behavior, but I can't find that in 2003. There was also a registry hack that worked in 2000 but not apparently in 2003 to set the default behaviour to "run silently"....
anybody know how to make this go away?
