windows 98 question

Me and a friend are combining computers and are wondering if it is possible to have seperate logins to each others stuff. The computer will have 3 harddrives, 1 with the Win 98 SP2 OS on it and the other two is data that we each have. Our own programs etc...

I know on Windows 2000 Pro and all the NT based Windows it is rather easy but haven't been able to figure it out on 98. Essentially it needs to be set up so that I put my name and password I get my stuff, he puts his name and password and he gets his stuff. Guest gets nothing. I also suppose there would need to be an admin too. I'm not sure, can anybody help me?
