Help - Windows Media Player

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this kind of question, but I'm rather desperate and I figured it's worth a shot!

I'm trying to make some screen caps of some of my DVD's on my computer in order to make some icons, but it's not working. I have PSP 7 and I've done it before, but I recently upgraded to Windows Media Player 10 and now it won't work. When I do the screen print and paste it in PSP, it just keeps moving around and doing crazy stuff. I remember back when I had WMP9, that someone told me how to go in and change some settings on the Media Player in order to allow you to make caps, but I can't remember how to do it, so I was hoping someone here would be able to tell me. Please? I appreciate any help anyone can offer!

    THANKS!!!
