URL Question

Date: 05/02/05 (Web Development)    Keywords: no keywords

I am going to re-create my portfolio as well as create a new url for it.

When deciding on a name for URL's, what are things you think one should take into consideration. I don't care to use my name in the www address and anything original i've thought of, I've tried before and hated it. The one I have currently, I'm ok with, but my boss knows about it and I am preparing to leave. I'm not ready to tell him yet since I don't think it can happen immediately, but I know that what I have currently won't work either.

So...if you have any pointers whatsoever in how to come up with an appropriate, professional URL, I'd be glad to hear from you.

    Thanks
