Browser Specific CSS

    Date: 09/07/06 (WebDesign)    Keywords: php, browser, css, java

    I would like for a certain .css to be loaded depending on the viewers browser. I know I can do it with PHP or Javascipt, but I swear there is a much simpler way that I know I have seen but for the life of me cannot remember it... help please? Thanks all!
