A friend of mine paid someone to do a webpage for her. He did a decent job, but he will not make make the updates/insert the correct text that she has asked him to (kind of taking it upon himself to put some things on the page).

She was considering letting him go and asking me if I could work with the page.

Its a flash design. Since she paid him for the webservice, when she decides his services are no longer needed, he would be required to give her the .fla files, right?

And would it be considered unethical for me to continue on a webpage someone else built, in a situation such as this?
