How do you folks keep yourselves organized when it comes to domains, hosting, etc..

I'm soon going to be tasked with somehow organizing and compiling records of all our different domains and all associated information into a way that makes it easy for us to find passwords, double check expiring domains, etc.

Do you keep it all digital or keep hard copies?

If you have a hard copy suggestion that would be very handy as well because that's what my boss would prefer.
