I'd like to set up a newsletter and have people subscribe.
I've got a couple of issues ready.

But I'm not sure how to create an opt-in script for my visitors.

Could someone point me in the right direction to do this? I want to create a simple Opt-In script perhaps with their name, and email address.

I've just never done this before so I'm not sure what's the right way to do it.
