Flash tutorial

Hello all, I have been asked to work on a demo and have decided to use Flash. I'm a bit rusty, and thought some of you might have more insight as to how I could do this. The premise of the demo is to demonstrate a few scenarios. The only real interaction the user has with the demo is the ability to select a scenario from a drop-down menu, or click on next to continue or back to go back. Here are the main elements for what I need to show:

    - A loader of some type (I have never implemented one)
    - A drop-down selection menu allowing the user to jump from scenario to scenario
    - Back and forward buttons allowing the user to proceed to the next scenario after the current scenario is finished.

Any tutorials you can recommend to help lay a good foundation for this would be appreciated!
